It is through these emotional journeys that we come to understand ourselves and our place in this world. We learn from the emotions created by our experiences and the experiences of others. Through these journeys we learn life lessons.

This is an interactive book in that the authors interact with the readers through their reading experience. The authors engage in conversations in an open forum (comments and discussions) and in a private forum (through email).
